Can't get my email domain to be verified with ehost

I've tried every version possible to verify my domain and nothing appears to work. I have my domain with ehost and use the webbuilder, not the cpanel. when i've placed the information for both CNAME & TXT nothing works and for some reason sometimes doesn't save.

Is there anything way I can have this verified?
