Can't Import Emails

Hi,
This is the second time I've posted here. My last post was 'awaiting moderation' and it didn't appear in the forum and its not even in my post history. I've sent messages through your contact form and received no reply.

I just wanted to do a simple import of my old emails. An EML import hasn't worked and I've gotten no error messages to say that anything is wrong and using your migration system has also failed, again with no useful information I can use to troubleshoot the issue. Some sort of help, any sort of help would be appreciated.
