When I try to import new leads from a xlsx or csv file the system freezes and nothing happens.

I am clicking on import from my leads screen, choose import leads, choose import my leads, select the file and click at the next button which then changes to uploading. Then I wait, but nothing happens. I waited for 1 hour, but nothing changes and the browser seems to work. Tried to reboot my PC but still the same problem.

I am using a free account with Google Chrome and have imported leads successfully from a file before.

What should I do, really need to get those leads in by the end of this day.
