Can't Import Old Emails

Hi, some help would be appreciated. I can't seem to import my old emails from my cpanel account. I've tried using the automated migration system when I first configured my domain. I tried Imap twice and it started processing but all my emails failed to import and I tried pop3 and the same thing. The most frustrating thing is that there is no useful error message available that says why this is actually happening so I have no idea how to troubleshoot the issue.

I also zipped up emails in an eml format and imported that manually and again everything looked like it worked but its over 24hours now and nothing has been imported and I get no error messages or emails to let me know what went wrong. The zoho help page on the topic of importing emls says "In case, the import failed due to some reason, you will receive a notification from the admin with details." which I haven't gotten so I don't know what is going on.

Someone who might be able to help me would be very much appreciated.
