Can't insert survey link into quote mail

Can't insert survey link into quote mail

We our quotes with Zoho CRM.
I have done a email template to use when sending quotes.
I want to insert a survey into the quote emails to get a response from the customer if we did as the customer wanted.

I can't insert the link in the email template for quotes.
This is what i see:
