Can't Log In via POP to get Mail in Windows Live Mail

I've set up my zoho account to be able to get my zoho email through Windows Live Mail.  When I put in all the specifics as outlined in the settings and POP tab, and enable pop, the server stops responding.  It will not log in to get email.  But I can get my regular pop3 internet provider email just fine.  

Any ideas on what the problem could be?
