I am having problems logging into our account under my email address YLee@UltimateLab.com (email address not recognized by system). My co-worker was able to login to my account on her computer. I haven't changed computers--I did create a new account with the same email address to send this info.
1) how do I get in?
2) can I update this email address to YLee@UltimateLabsInc.com?
