Can't Login to Card Scanner App

Can't Login to Card Scanner App

Hi --

I cannot log in to the card scanner app using my Zoho mail account.

When I type in my user name and password I get the error:
"Login Failed - Request failed: not found (404) (Error Code -1011)".

I know the login is correct because when I type in an incorrect login I get a different error (Invalid password).

Please assist as I have called and e-mailed support several times and have not received a response. Thanks.
