CAN'T LOGIN TO NEW ACCOUNT AFTER YAHOO ACCOUNT WAS DELETED

I created a zoho account with my facebook account. Once i got in i created a new account and thereafter deleted the yahoo email that was listed as one of my accounts. Now i am unable to sign in, apparently, yahoo account was the primary/admin account.
