Can't make Skype calls from Zoho iPhone App

Can't make Skype calls from Zoho iPhone App

Hi all, 

In "Settings" => "Please call with" I have both Skype and Mobile options chosen.

However, I am still having difficulty with making a Skype-calls from a Zoho iPhone App.

Once I click on a number and choose Skype it simply opens Skype without making an actual call or even copying the phone number onto a dialling pad.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem? Is there a solution? 
I do have the latest iOS version if that helps.
