Can't manager our subscription. Nobody answers for a week!

Dear Zoho CRM Team,

I'm stuck and don't understand what's happening. We have been writing you requests for a week, but nobody has answered yet.

We sent messages to all related emails, three (!) times.

We sent mail to escalation@zoho.com

We requested SpeedLane call as paid customer.

NOTHING happens. NOBODY writes, calls, comments.  What is happening?
Why we just can't manager our subscription anymore? How can we pay?
