We have tried the following:

Chrome

IE

clearing part of cache

killing processes with cntrl + alt + delete

signing out and in of Zoho CRM

shutting down the computer

trying to merge a different client

note: I logged in on boss' computer with my Zoho login and WAS ABLE TO MAIL MERGE. logged out and logged in again with boss' login and COULD NOT MAIL MERGE.

note: merge works on all other computers in office, except boss'. UPDATE: now tested on other boss' computer and her computer also hangs.

Any suggestions?
