I’m a new user of Zoho CRM and having troubles with opening some attachments from my mail.
I think the attached files are damaged but I cant figure out what the problem is.
When I send the mail with my gmail account there is no problem. I can open the attachment normally.
When I’m looking at my mail in the synchronized Zoho account, I cant open the attachment.
In the mail the damaged attachment begins with error: ?ISO8859-1Q? followed by the title of the file.
When I click on the file it opens in a blank screen.
I googled it and I think it has something to do with the language settings but I don’t know how to solve it.
So far I only have the problem when I’m using Zoho. When I’m using gmail I don’t get the error for the same file.
