Can't process form on my blog. Usage limit reached. Limit is 0. Current count is 0.

I'm on a free subscription.  Created form on Creator.  Embedded on my blog.  Went to test it and got the above message plus invitation to buy add-ons.  Did I create incorrectly?  How would I have reached my limit?  I appreciate any advice.  Thank you.
