Can't read e-mails

can't get any e-mail. When I log in, the message in middle of screen is "loading" but nothing happens. Can't access any e-mails filed in folders.either. Got a message Sunday advising me that I should change password because of password worm. I did this & now I can't access e-mails, even though I can log in. Tried contact phone number & it is disconnected.
