Can't receive emails, not an issue with MX

Domain: gemkore.com
MX: All fine. No CNAME overriding.

I can't receive emails at all, but sending emails is not a problem. I've been looking at other threads started by people with similar problems with no avail. Please help!

Edit: I can now receive emails, but they're at least 6 hours late which is unacceptable. I'm thinking about churning out the money for G Suite instead of wasting my time with Zoho.
