Can't receive incoming emails

Dear Sirs,
I've just opened a new account on Zoho.mail for business purposes, using the Free service for no more than 10 users and  using a new domain I purchased some time ago.
I noticed that I can regularly send email, which could be received from other hosting mail services. Anyway I'm not able to receive any kind of email, i.g. also those emails that I send from my zoho account to the account itself as simple trial.
The error message I receive is as follows:

Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:

 

     claudio.bompard@opera-italy.eu

 

Technical details of permanent failure:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain opera-italy.eu by mail.opera-italy.eu. [184.95.38.201].

 

The error that the other server returned was:

550 5.1.1 <claudio.bompard@opera-italy.eu>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table

I don't believe is a problem related to the domain I purchased (also because Zoho verified it for sure).

Any possible advice?
