can't receive mail in my new Zoho account
A couple days ago I created an email account using my own domain. I followed all the instructions correctly, and I now have green checkmarks next to "Verify Domain," "Add Users," and "Change MX Records." However, when I sent a test email to my new Zoho account from my gmail account, the email fails to send (following this message is the error message I receive). I would appreciate any help that anyone on the forums can provide with this problem. Thank you so much! ~Jennifer
