Dear Zoho team:

I've set up my whole account, all DNS, DKIM and SPF work fine. I've tried sending an email from outlook/hotmail to Zoho and it worked perfectly.

But when I try to send an email from Gmail to Zoho, it won't work. Gmail doesn't seem to detect the existence of my user. I get the following error:

554 5.7.1 <admin@dreamlikejewels.com>: Recipient address rejected: user admin@dreamlikejewels.com does not exist

Final-Recipient: rfc822;  admin@dreamlikejewels.com
