Can't Recieve Mail, MX-Records are updated (48 hrs+)

Can't Recieve Mail, MX-Records are updated (48 hrs+)

This email address and one other is not able to receive emails, exactly as if the mx records were not set.  We can send, but not receive.  What am I missing?  Is it the dot org?
