This is a Zoho for dummies question! I have 2 custom fields in potentials: estimated volume (long integer) and estimated margin (currency). I want a third field that multiplies so =(volume)*(margin)*1000 . I tried this in calculated field and have no syntax errors, the field appears in the potentials view but with no value - in fact not even an empty box! Any ideas?
