I am also getting the following error sometimes instead of the SMTP error: "Error processing your request!"

And this is the error I get on my mail client:

I think it's clear that the SMTP server is not responding in both instances. I can receive emails and can log into webmail, but sending does not work.

Has anyone else experienced this?
