Can't send emails -- SENDING MESSAGE popup HANGS, then it

HELP!!!
Anyone else having issues with ZOHO MAIL in regards to sending new messages. 

I've been seeing it LAG and HANG for about a week now.  And, today it's gotten worse.  My internet speed is blazing fast as I have FIOS.  It's not my internet connection.

And, I've had this issue on my iMAC and on my windows laptop. 

I click to send a message and the SENDING MESSAGE pop-up comes up and sits there.  I have to watch it for about 30 seconds trying to send a message.  HELP!!!  Then, it times out.

So, now I SAVE the message as a draft after waiting 20 seconds.  Then, I close the message.  Then, I open the DRAFT and try to send it again.  Same problem.

What is going on.  HELP!!
I'm trying to work and I cannot run my small biz like this.

PLEASE HELP!!!
