Sivaprasad recently replied to a query of the same subject "Can't send emails using Microsoft Outlook." I too am able to send and receive emails when using zoho to email BUT when I use Outlook I can only receive emails - I cannot send any.... the error message in the Outlook test account settings indicates "outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) email server."
I have checked and rechecked the necessary settings in both zoho (e-mail forwarding and POP/IMAP) and the general and advanced settings of Outlook for configuring IMAP and SMTP as per the zoho help forum instructions/settings.
Sivaprasad's response to the original inquiry was: "

Please check it and let us know through support[at]zohomail[dot]com if you have any further clarification." The information is insufficient to resolve the issue. Would the forum please provide further clarification to help resolve?
