Can't Send EmIL - IO Operation????

Can't Send EmIL - IO Operation????

Zoho won't let me send email because it says there's a problem while in IO Operation.

Please advise how to fix this asap. We us Mozilla and other users are working just fine.  Two of ours do NOT.
