Can't Send Mail - "rejected by server" error

Can't Send Mail - "rejected by server" error

I just set up a new iPhone and it is the first time I am using Exchange Active Sync so that I can take advantage of push email.  Incoming mail is fine but when I try to send a message I receive the error "Can Not Send Mail - The message was rejected by the server"

Is there a setting that needs to be changed?
