Can't send or receive e-mail

Hi,

Since this morning, we can't send or receive e-mail. I've tried logging into the forum on zoho.eu to post a complaint, but I get:

This page doesn't exist. Please check the URL.
Permission denied to access this portal.

So i'm trying it here at help.zoho.com/portal/en/community

I'd like this to be fixed asap. I've tried sending an e-mail to myself from another account, but no luck.
If I send an e-mail via Zoho. I get the notification E-mail Sent, but when I click on the Sent-box, there's no e-mail.

Please fix this,
