CAN'T SEND OR RECEIVE EMAIL ON IPHONE OR IPAD DEVICES
I'm going to try this as a means to get my issue resolved since sending a support request as EMERGENCY is not addressed in a timely fashion...I guess not getting email is not an emergency...just an inconvenience.
I've followed all zoho documentation to set up devices - smtp.zoho.com, port 465 and I've tried port 485 using SSL and still my devices will not send email...nor as it stands right now is it receiving email as my recent error is THE MAIL SERVER IMAP.ZOHO.COM IS NOT RESPONDING...VERIFY THAT YOU HAVE ENTERED THE CORRECT ACCOUNT INFO IN MAIL SETTINGS....surprise they are the correct settings.
I NEED RESOLUTION TO GET THESE DEVICES RECEIVING AND SENDING EMAIL....NOT SURE WHY THIS IS HAPPENING AND WHY RESPONSE TO THESE ISSUES ARE SO SLOW IN GETTING RESOLUTION,

PORT 465 & 485 HAS BEEN USED
SSL CHECKED OFF
