Can't set up the Zoho account on Iphone

Hi everybody, I'm trying to create a Zoho account on my Iphone following all the steps (settings>mail>create new account...) and I can not complete the set up for some reason. I followed tutorials on youtube and I check several times all the passwords, user, etc etc but for some reason I can not do it, I'm a little desperate, any help please?
