can't sign in - huge flaw in ZOHO mail

PLEASE can someone help me. I have been searching for over an hour but cannot find a solution to this.

I have created a number of sub-accounts for my business. When I try to log in for THE FIRST TIME, it says the password is wrong.

When I try to reset the password, it sends the reset link to the very email address which I do not have access to, i.e. the email address which I was trying to log in with. This is a huge flaw in zoho mail.  Where is the link to login and create a username for each account? I can't see it anywhere.

I also cannot access or find the CONTROL PANEL. Please do not ask me to log in to the panel of the main admin account because I have tried but cannot see it anywhere.

Please can someone assist me? The whole process is very complicated and is really putting me off paying for a proper subscription for my business.
