Can't sign into email

Hi my email address is searry@zoho.com. I had to re-install google chrome. I then tried to log into my mail but have forgotten my email. I tried to do reset password and it sent the link to my Lycos email, but I have forgotten the password for that as well. I have my phone linked to my zoho account, would it be possible to send the password to my phone?
