Can't Sign up for a Personal Account

Dear All

Any hlep on how to sign with a Zoho personal account. After entering my details when I press the "Sign up for free button" nothing happens, as if the button has been disabled. I have tried this multiple times, with different browsers, via a VPN and the result is the same every time, the sign up button doesn't respond.
