Can't start using mail as domain already associated with unknown account

Can't start using mail as domain already associated with unknown account

I recently created an account on zoho. When i tried to setup my domain " www.connectjk.com " i got the error the following error :  "  This domain is already associated with this account "z*****l@c***** " 

how can i rectify this?? I have never tried to create any account on zoho before so how is my domain registered to some account i don't recognize?
