Can't sync Zoho Mail in Android devices
Hello.
I'm new to Zoho, so, I might be experiencing just a minor issue with an easy solution, still, any help would be much appreciated.
I followed
these instructions in order to sync a Zoho Mail user account on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. Kept getting a password / username error. I retyped
correctly (tried even copy/paste) both email address and password several times and couldn't make it work.
Then I noticed
here I had to enable Active Sync from the Control panel first, the thing is, I couldn't find the mobile sync option anywhere.

Anyway, I'd appreciate if someone would let me know what is it that I'm doing wrong and how to fix it.
