I really like this word processor and I want to use it but I can't type quotation marks [ " ] for the life of me, only in this program!  When I hold shift and press the keyboard button for the quotation marks, nothing happens.  The blinking cursor literally doesn't move.  And when I hit any other key, it resumes typing like it should.  

Any ideas?
