Can't use "(" & ")" characters in contacts via webmail. Can use them via EAS/Exchange.
When creating or updating a contact via your web-mail interface, if a left or right parenthesis is used, a generic "Error occurred" message is displayed when trying to save the contact.
The same contact can be created/updated via EAS/Exchange, using "(" & ")". The contact is visible and works via your webmail. But, if it is later edited via your webmail interface, the "(" & ")" have to be removed for it to be saved.
I tested via both Outlook 2016 and Android 6.01 stock email app, connecting to "msync.zoho.com" via EAS. Both work fine. Only your web interface refuses to save with "(" or ")" in a name field.
