I created 2 campaign email templates but I can't use them! In creating the template you have to choose a record type from the drop down list. I chose campaigns but when doing my follow up email the email template menu was just none. so I tried putting it in tasks since I was emailing from a task and it still said "none" for email templates. So then I tried the "contacts" record but the template doesn't come out right.

 

How am I supposed to use email templates for campaigns or a task?  If it goes by module than your record type selection needs to be "activities" not tasks, events and calls.

 

Please fix this so I can use these templates for following up on campaigns.
