Hi,

I am trying to verify my domain name www.ruptur.co.uk, which is hosted with CrazyDomains. I have tried both CNAME and TXT records methods, about 72 hours has passed for both, but no luck - verification fails every time.
 
I have e-mailed screen shots to support [at] zohomail [dot] com, but I haven't heard anything back for 3 days.

My wife is also using Zoho, and she has managed to verify her domain (www.vivanityphoto.com) with no problem at all, even though it is also hosted with CrazyDomains. The only difference is that my website is with Wix, hers is with Squarespace.

Would really appreciate any help at all, need this custom e-mail address quite urgently!
