Hello all,
I was trying to change the email address I use for my business, and goofed up.
I want to change:
to
I would then set up an alias that forwards emails sent to kp@ to kevmp@.
I logged into <domainname.com> and added the kevmp email address, and the selected primary. now when Iog out and log back in as kevmp, I get a message saying my email isn't verified and to resend the verification email to... kevmp
I can no longer log into my company account. I submitted a support ticket this AM flagged as emergency, not sure how long it will take to resolve this.
In the meantime, what are the proper steps for me to accomplish the above?
