Can the CRM Tab Names be reset to their original

I'm experimenting with CRM, and have made some changes to the tab names.
 
However, since this is a dual-language (English-Spanish) configuration, when I changed the tab in Spanish (Lead to Prospecto), the same word is used in the English version. When I changed it back to "Posibles clientes" (the default), that is what shows in English as well, NOT the English default.
 
Ideally, I'd like to set tab names separately in both languages (Posibles clientes -> Prospectos AND Leads -> Prospects).
 
As an alternative, I'd like switch off the customization to avoid using a Spanish term in the English screens or vice-versa.
