Let's say - I tried to import 10,000 records. 7000 got imported. 3000 didnt get imported because the mandatory fields were missing in them. Can I export those 3000 separately so that I can work on it and re-import?
I was told at the CRM workshop that you can export it!
In my import history, I can see "export" in one of the activities but not the one I want to export. I used live chat and talked to a brilliant CRM support person who not only understands English but also doesn't know CRM. He basically repeats the same information you tell him and to your question, he goes in circles.
I am attaching screenshots here that shows the export option for one of the imports and no export option for another import.
ZOHO should improve it's customer service, user friendliness of the program in general!!
