Can we handle this requiremnt as a standard feature in ZOHO

Please review the below requirement and provide the update on this. can we handle this in ZOHO as a standard or do we need to integrate with third party tools for mobile SMS.

Mobile marketing. Currently, there is no organized mobile marketing capability. With the CRM strategy implementation, having mobile marketing capability must be one of the objectives. All  customers use mobile fones, hence, it is one of the most practical platform for marketing communication to disseminate promos, seek survey participation, seek customer referrals, etc. Such capability must be integrated with the CRM solution.
