Can we integrate Whatsapp with ZOHO Chat or ZOHO CRM
We have our core clients communicating with whatsapp and we need to keep the track and keep the record of the conversation, and that conversation should be recorded in client's ZOHO CRM account or in worst case ZOHO chat..
Can Whatsapp integrate with any of ZOHO SUITS...?? or can it be done using APIs...??
