Hi, today I found out that zoho crm and campaigns do not synch both ways. And the other problem is that if the customer does click on "update profile" it changes in zohocampaigns but does not update in ZohoCRM besides showing the update form in english instead of Spanish and you cannot personalize it.
Then, what I was thinking is the following.
If I use the registration form from ZohoCRM is there any way to build an update form against zohocrm? is it programmable? can I ask for it to any Spanish developer? that way, I would use zohocampaigns just to send emails.
Another question I have is that if I add the registration form in Facebook from ZohoCampaigns, if people register, they do not get transferred to ZohoCRM?
