Can you automatically create a Deal (Zoho CRM) every time a Deal Form is created/submitted (Zoho Forms)

Hello there, we have a Deal Form for sales guys in Zoho Forms that we ask them to fill out. Every field matches a corresponding field in CRM, it looks like it's doable through an API but I'm not sure how to do it in Deluge. 

Would anyone be able to assist or give some tips on how to accomplish this? So every time a Deal Form has been submitted, a Deal is automatically created in CRM from that very form?
