Basically we do our quotes in Zoho CRM and then different customers will want different works packages. The clone function is a brilliant idea. However once cloned If I want to add a product the item it will alway appear at the bottom and to get in the correct order I then have to remove items above it and reenter to have it in the correct sequence. 

Have played about with a Zoho books trial I note that this is possible here, but I really don't want to have another platform to have to login to and also to replicate products, transfer quote etc etc. (from what I see Zoho Books has its functionality shortfall too and would be much happier to work within CRM as it is).
