Can you change Zoho privacy settings to protect one user from seeing another user's leads?

Can you change Zoho privacy settings to protect one user from seeing another user's leads?

I am working with the free edition of Zoho now, and I have 3 users, 2 of them being supervisors, and one of them being an employee. The supervisors wants to be able to see each other's information as well as the employees, but they want to block the employee from seeing their information. Is there a way to do this with the free edition? If not, do any of the editions offer privacy like this?
