can you copy another users custom account?

can you copy another users custom account?

My friend who is in the same business I am, and works the same type of leads as me has been using ZOHO for the past year.  Is there a way to copy his setup and use it as my own with my personal account?  It would be like copying his setup as a template and using it under my account.  If possible, would I lose any data that I have already put in my system?  I don't want his data, just his customization.  Thank you for your time.
