My company is using the Standard edition. We only convert our leads to accounts once they actually start buying our products. We want to use the Deals but we see that by default you can only associate the deal to an account. The Lookup Field for Accounts cannot be changed to Leads and I cannot add another Lookup Field.

Any ideas or work arounds?
