Can you edit layout of closed activities section (or any other system generated section) on the lead screen?

Can you edit layout of closed activities section (or any other system generated section) on the lead screen?

I want to change the information or columns displayed under the closed activities section on the lead screen (actually would like to be able to modify all the system generated sections like emails and open activities.  Is this possible?
